World Pig Week, now in its third year, is a global campaign supported by The Vegetarian Society, the Animal Save Movement, and Pigasso artist Joanne Lefson. The initiative aims to raise awareness about the environmental, health, and ethical issues surrounding meat consumption, particularly pork. Through art, activism, and collaboration with vegan brands, sanctuaries, and environmental organizations, the campaign encourages animal lovers and meat-eaters to leave pork off their plates for one week. By promoting plant-based alternatives and sharing the truth about animal slaughter, World Pig Week seeks to inspire empathy and positive change while fostering a respectful and non-judgmental dialogue.

Writer, musician, DJ and film maker Scott Milligan formed Kitten Pyramid in 2010 and has released three albums underpinned by the subjects of mental health and the environment, with particular focus on the atrocities of livestock farming.

In 2020 he wrote the story for short film KIDDO, written and directed by Brett Chapman and produced by Static Flow Productions that was premiered with horror channel Alter and Kitten Pyramid channel
